Orlando – Guitar –  Kungsholmen

Hey, I’m Orlando, a Stockholm-based guitar tutor. I have been playing guitar and songwriting for the last 11 years, and have toured extensively around Europe and Canada, supporting the likes of Asgeir, Young the Giant, Feeder, Bombay Bicycle Club, The Kooks and Ed Sheeran. I have also played sold-out shows at the Konzerthaus (Copenhagen), KesselHause (Berlin) and Shepherds Bush Empire with Tenterhook.

Before this I studied at The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance and The British Academy of New Music, majoring in Songwriting and Guitar.

As a composer, I have had my songs featured on various feature films and tv series, including the BBC series ‘Summerhill’.

I have a number of different ways of teaching, but first and foremost in my mind is that teaching has to be creative and engaging for you, working towards different goals or on your own songs. Also, I can offer advice on the music industry and on how to engage with it.
